In women’s gatherings women give speech or recite nawha but thier voice is heard either directly or through a loudspeaker by passing men on the street. Is this permissible?

If it is not with the intention of seeking pleasure, hearing their voice is not forbidden, but since God says, “ask them from behind a partition” (33:53), women’s gatherings especially religious ones should be conducted in a way that modesty is observed.
